Booking approval
• All bookings must be arranged in advance.
• REEMTORIA reserves the right to decline any enquiry.
• All customers must be aged 18 or over.
• Identity and age verification may be required.
• All attendees must be declared and approved before arrival.
• No additional visitors or unexpected guests are permitted.
• The venue address is confidential and must not be shared.

Respect and conduct
• Respect for everyone using the venue is essential.
• Harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour and discrimination will not be tolerated.
• All activities must be consensual and lawful.
• Consent must be freely given, ongoing and respected.
• Anyone can withdraw consent or stop an activity at any time.
• No person should be pressured into an activity.

Equipment and facilities
• Equipment must only be used for its intended and agreed purpose.
• Customers must follow any instructions provided.
• Any damage, malfunction or safety concern must be reported immediately.
• Equipment must be wiped down after use.
• Customers must not alter, install or remove venue equipment without permission.
• The agreed booking capacity must not be exceeded.

Photography and filming
• Photography and filming must be agreed in advance.
• Everyone identifiable in recordings must give informed consent.
• No recording of other customers or private areas without permission.
• No material may be published or distributed without the necessary permissions.

Privacy and access
• REEMTORIA is a private property.
• Customers must use the designated venue entrance.
• Access to private areas is prohibited.
• Customers must respect the confidentiality of the property and its occupants.

Safety
• Customers must follow all venue safety instructions.
• Intoxication or impairment that creates a safety risk may result in refusal of entry or termination of a booking without refund.
• Emergency arrangements must be followed.
• Any incident, injury or equipment failure must be reported.

Our right to refuse or terminate a booking
REEMTORIA reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking without refund where there is a breach of these rules, a safety concern, unlawful conduct or a failure to respect the agreed conditions.
